In used to jerk of 3-5 times to all crazy shit for like 3 Sears now, but rn is the first time im succeding, im 6days clean.
I suggest you try becoming more mindful. By meditation or removing excess stimulation. That way you can catch your self thinking about it and stop the thought before even getting hard. First day was hell tho, I was nausious and had trouble breathing but its way better now. First two days are hard after that its possible.
