The front of my face looks good. But my side profile looks subhuman. I could get bimax but the thought of getting my maxilla cut in half scares me. I outlined it since I dont want you to gag at the sight of my face. What do I do?

The first image is me currently unfortunately. The 2nd image is me after rhino without lifting the tip since it hides my slightly long philtrum, genio, and jaw angle implants.
