My mam just gave me a huge lecture about how I spend 8+ hours a day on my phone.
She always asks me what I'm looking at and I say "nothing" so she thinks I'm watching porn.

She asked me why I don't have any hobbies like all the other people my age she knows and why I stopped going out with my friends.

She said that I amn't living life I am just watching others live theirs on my phone.

Looks aren't a problem for me, but I think my brain might be my biggest failo.

Your mother's worry is that you're wasting your life by spending so much time on your phone. You're not engaging in any hobbies, you're not making any progress, and you're just wasting time.

She wants you to stop watching others and instead start taking actions. Get a job, go to the gym, go to college, do something with your life. You'll see that it'll be much more rewarding than just being a spectator in your own life.

I have to agree with your mother here. When I was a teenager I was hanging out everyday, having fun with friends. I only discovered the incelosphere at 21 and I posted here at 22 or 23. I had already lived my life that way so there was no feeling of missing out on things. Now if you are a teenager and posting here it's problematic. Also didn't you post your dick here?
