And the most incredible fact is that it was just one year after being in The Machinist. How can someone go from being a living skeleton to achieving an amazing muscular body in such a short period of time. Meanwhile most people can't get that kind of body even after years of hard training. Some people just have elite genetics.

His face has good proportions, it doesn't look long nor wide. He's very attractive, I dont see how some of you don't see it. He would look better if he had thicker lips though.

It’s not about genetics for this kind of baseline though. Outside of very rare exceptions, benching your body weight (probably 125-140 pounds in his case) shouldn’t take THAT much time at all after consistently lifting. Especially if he’s an adult. If you’ve been hitting by gym for a year and still can’t, then you were really fucking around in there or not eating. I’m telling you, he was doing something wrong.

@Ocelot do you have any medical conditions or an extreme testosterone deficiency? How many calories a day were you eating and what did your routine look like.

Bruh you don't get it. I'm not the type to sit and cry about my genetics as an excuse for my lack of work. I slaved my ass off in the gym, going 4-6 days a week (bar 2 weeks break during summer), push-pull-legs split and ate 100-120g of protein (I am 128 lbs), pushing to near failure/failure every set. I do not have any known medical conditions or hormone problems. My sex drive is normal and my voice is deeper than literally all but one of my friends' (so I'd assume I don't have a T problem).

9 or so months into training, wondering why my results are such dog-shit, is when I learned about genetic non-responders to training. See this.

Wow. I use that weight for sets of 12-8. I weight around 175 lbs though. Although my chest isn't big at all. It's barely defined.

Lol sorry man. But as I said my chest isn't big so lifting more than you hasnt yield any looksmaxxing benefits.

Wish I knew what my 1RM is but I lift at home and don't have enough plates.

even when lean? I've seen twinks in my school who don't lift but they are lean so their chests have some definition.

It has some degree of definition but not to justify having been lifting for years. I'm not lean nor fat, I have a chubby belly I must admit. But I cant diet because my head is big and when I get too low bf it looks out of proportion with my body. Other people has said this to me so it's not just me being self-conscious. Im probably around 15- 20 BF.

The big head part is cope lol you will 100% look way better at 10% BF man go for it. You will see muscle definition you never had.

I'm serious man. I've tried getting low bf before but then people close to me start telling me that my head looks too big and that I should eat more to look more proportionate. And Im sure they aren't doing it because they're bad. One is my mother, other is a very close girlfriend.
