What causes more dopamine? Shrooming or cooming?

I would say cooming has a larger spike in dopamine, but shrooming is much longer lasting. It actually acts more on the serotoninergic system, but HIGH DOPAMINE can be like an indirect effect if you come to some wonderful realization or discover the meaning of life or sumfin trippy like that.
