Appetite is the main reason of getting fat if we supress it then i will become easy to leanmax as u wont feel the need to eat and i have felt smoking does reduce appetite

Lol I use coffee nicotine aspirin t4 and soon getting ritalin. No one stopping my leanmax this year.
