It's seems that aesthetics is about the bone mass and size compared to the soft tissue of body
Overall skeletons are mostly similar, but people's skeletons are small compared to the size of their sof tissue, which leads to the fact that their body's lack the bone support which ideally should stretch the tissues and protrude, thus giving the aesthetic look.
Basically, an increase of the size of the skeletons, while the soft tissue stays the same mass and size should lead to a better looking body.
It's about growing in 3D in all dimensions, thus strehcing the soft tissues in all dimensions which means your body looks good on all dimensions.
Therefore it might explain why good looking people usually have everything looking good.
Its about growing properly in all directions.
