Train like animal with taste of your own blood in your mouth, and you're bound to make sick gains no matter what. Problem with people trying to make muscle in the gym is they go to browse their phones and talk smack there. You need to train INTENSE. A great wisdom my father told me when I started gymming is that you only start growing muscle, when your muscles start aching.

Protein shake morning and evening.
No sugar only water.
Decent diet.
Good sleep
Workout every 2 days in the gym.
Low reps high volume.
Every day between jump rope and jogging

Low reps high volume build more strength than muscle size. Take up higher reps, if you want to build muscle. And what is this avoiding of sugar? You can't eat like you're cutting if you're trying to bulk up. And take the protein shake within 30 minutes of the end of your workout, it's important to get those proteins in this so called anabolic window.

Thats why Im eating lots of protein.
It would be nice to also lose fat at the same time...
You can't build muscle without fat/energy. You can cut it later, and if you don't want to gain a lot of fat, go to only a small surplus, like 250 to 500 kcal per day. All the excess protein you eat is going to be transformed in to fat anyways by your body.

This is due to it's good to get a little starting strength in the beginning, but I take it that he has been gymming for a while.

I dont think long legs are ideal tbh.
Medium legs and medium torso.
I dont like my long torso but I also haze short torso.

not sure if I'm misinterpreting what you wrote, but if you take 2 rest days for every day you go to the gym, you aren't going hard at all and its no wonder you aren't making sick gains

I said I train One day and the next day Full on cardio.
And then the next day full body gym again,Next day cardio and then gym.
So every 2 days weightlifting full body.
For example:Monday,wednesday,friday,Sunday gym
Cardio:Tuesday,Thursday,Saturday

Oh damn, definitely misinterpreted. Have you considered that you might be overworking yourself, or is that probably not the case? Also if you're really going hard, you must be eating a lot of food, or you're not going to put on muscle, you'll just become more lean and shredded. So depending on your goals you'll probably want to adjust your diet.

Rest days are legitimately needed - you actually will not grow if you don't take a day or two every week to let your body recover, as I'm sure you're probably aware. Not to talk down to you since I'd think you would know this, but when you work out you tear your muscles. They only get stronger when they heal during rest.
