How long did it take?
You do bulk/cut or is one slow lean bulk (what I'm doing, don't want to bloatmaxx ngl) fine?
Cardio?
Its took me like 2 and a half years, I had a pretty good base before gymceling though mate because I did muay thai from like 7 years old
Most of it I "lean bulk" because I remember bulking so much I felt like shit and it left me bloated for a while
Cardio is super underrated, it helps out with your other workouts when your heart is stronger and also its so good for blood flow, it will make your face look more lean and give you really good undertones
This was my skin tone and physique when I can be bothered to get everything on check

How does this sound, it's what I've been following the last month getting back into bodymaxxing with the equipment I have at home:
- Slight surplus (around 300-500 cals)
- PPL split 5x a week
- Cardio 2x on days I don't workout, maybe once if I slack off
I heard from another user, forgot who it was, that he does cardio daily in the morning and gym in the evening, sounds mad but maybe that's what I should work up to?
