I cant believe how much it can change my ratios compared to the mirror.
In selfies with my wide lens camera (25-31mm) my face looks longer, narrower, my nose looks very long, UEE increases, jaw looks narrower.
Meanwhile when looking in mirrors my face is wider, my nose shorter, minimal UEE, jaw is stronger.
I even have compared my facial proportions by measuring the most important ratios both by using a selfie and by using a caliper irl, and the difference between them is so big.
BTW I can get more realistic looking selfies when I take photos at about 2 arms length. But if I go beyond that, I get the opposite kind of distortion, meaning my face looks more compact (wider) than irl.
