I literally eat like 5000 calories a day (not actually I’m exaggerating lol) yet I still haven’t gained weight in months

I lit go to the gym aswell I guess I’m just hard capped at 150 lbs 6’2

i had kinda the same problem, but when i stopped growing i started to put on muscle mass

From what I heard it's more difficult to gain mass when you're y'all
I’ve been getting a lot stronger though in terms of how much I can lift but for some reason I’m yet to gain any significant amount of weight

Well, i wouldn't worry about being skinny when ur pushing 6'3 ngl.

Just keep eating and working out and results will show after ur done growing
