I have definitely noticed an improvement in my erectile health. But I still use 20mg of Tadalafil (generic Cialis) as a security blanket/crutch. The last time I didn't have my pill, I couldn't get hard for a 2/10 PSL Chink. Then about 1-1.5 hours after I popped one, I finally got hard.

It is definitely an addiction. I never thought that porn is an addiction but it definitely is. I have the urge to relapse. But I refuse to do so.
