my head hurts 24/7, i feel fragile, my appetite is nuked, i havent showered in a long time, brain zaps every minute, this is fucking shit

oof its been a week, the one i quit (escitalopram) usually doesnt come with the heavy sides like others when cold turkeying it
i feel relatively fine, but the witdrawls prob arent that bad compared to me being srs sick lol, i dont have the energy to complain abt the witdrawls meanwhile im dying from coughing lol

on a srs note good job tho bro ive known a couple ppl who came off ssris and they went from emotionless zombies to normal functioning humans after the brutal withdrawals... still try to shower tho atleast wipe off w some alchohol and if u have to go out take a quick 5-10 min shower for hair and cock n shit
