maxillary recession (midface included)
severely negative ct
5'8 or below

can't think of anything else atm all of these failos aren't also realistically fixable with surgery without looking like an uncanny plastic doll

super low ipd and a super wide scull ofc gonna look horrendous. But there are many white males with slight low ipd and They look good. Wide ipd is just as bad also but only If its extreme. U get me ?
