not only am i giga recessed i have 99 percentile bizygoma/skull width with 0.40 ES. i will need BIMAX, ZYGOMA REDUCTION AND OBO to increase IPD because zygoma reduction alone wont fix my ogre tier ES ratio. just cut apart your entire skull theory. JUST TO LOOK NORMAL.

its over. i am realistically never getting all of these procedures. maybe just bimax. it never began for me.
