After doing dumbell press I seemingly used up my tricep strength. Now I can’t do my OHP sets. I’m doomed to be framecel forever @FailedNormieManlet

Ok I skipped to l raise and my triceps have recovered a bit. Hard to control though, machines are a life saver tbh

good idea :feelshehe:
Its the best legal thing when it comes to improving to results with little to no side effects. Weight training without creatine is pointless if natty/not using roids
