Its really annoying that you have to leave the food you love just for your eczema to get worse, i've tried to go on a diet and now its spreading i went to the doctor and he gave me a moisturizer and im using it, dont ever try to make fun of other people flaws, be grateful that god gave you healthy body and organs, some people are suffering to have what you have, i used to make fun of a person i know, he used to have crazy eczema and acne, and look at me now idk how many days left for my eczema to satrt killing my skin, everytime i scratch it a sickening liquid comes out and it stinks, and i have to keep it 24/7 clean its just so fuckin bad, tldr

It results from different things like your organs health or your skin health, your skin might collect bad bacteria and cause inflammation, or poor diet or your skin is weak like the barrier and a lot of things related with your inner body

i have eczema too, i wish i had ‘normal skin.’ it doesn’t just “go away” like scabs do, it lingers, flares up and gets worse as the day goes on. the irritation, the dryness, the way it just randomly flares to different parts of the body, it’s horrible. people with healthy skin will never know how blessed they are.
