man, the last time I quit was back in early 2018.

Fuck. I had an hour car drive to the airport and then a flight...so several hours without smoking

By the time we landed if felt like my throat was full of cotton and my ears were ringing hard.

I was like "fuck it, might as well push this as far as I can" and bought gum instead of cigarettes

Don't remember day 3 because day 1 was fucking awful
