Wholeheartedly agree.

As someone said, txt files are literally zero storage space. No reason to not be writing down literally ALL of your good ideas.

I used to carry around a little notebook and just jot down interesting ideas when they came to me. It's a good habit.

I reccomend buying expensive leather stitched notebook or even some gimmick like black pages you write in some kind of death note with white special pen, it's more rewarding experience to gather thoughts or even make plans, for "adhdcels" it's vital because without doing some kind of a LISt (even general) my life can be a mess even with stimulant meds and stuff
