The average person has basically spent their entire life being brainwashed and conditioned by the government, media and authority figures

Most of what we are taught in school is a lie. Teachers are full of shit, law enforcement is full of shit, parents are full of shit etc

For example, doctors spent decades propagating the myth that meat, eggs and fat is bad for you. Instead they promoted shit like high fructose corn syrup, “heart healthy” seed oils and other processed garbage, to make us more dumb, fat and miserable

It’s hard to unlearn what you’ve been programmed to believe, but when you start seeking the truth and noticing the lies, suddenly everything starts to make sense
