it's insane how human lifeforms can make rhythmic beats like this which we get to enjoy while under the influence of drugs.

the vibe is insane, it takes control of you.

You become one with the beat.

I am forever grateful I am alive now, not earlier not later, just in time to enjoy drugs and techno at its peak.

i went to a meshuggah concert one time, once you see an actually skilled band play live you will never turn back, lmao

tbh they are doing one in 2025 thats like 2 hours away, might go again

totally different thing my nigga.

why you comparing live music bands to 10hourlong techno-raves + lightshow curated to put you into a state of trance

Your comparison of a live-band to this vibe is insanity.

yes but they are different things.

u know at techno-raves everyone is on 5 different drugs at the same time right? It's not just the music+lights but also the way it all comes together with drugs.

Idk people probably use only cocaine+alcohol at rock-shows I guess. I hate people on cocaine so that would suck hard.
A lot of people act like total dicks on alcohol too.

U won't find any assholes at techno-raves due to the drugs used, everyone is vibin hard and nobody has issues with one another.
Techno-Raves = pure love.

tech-house/trancy vibe easiest to get into as a newcomer to the genre tbh unless you already have (harder) expectations.

I've felt this way about other kinds of dance music but never techno
I'm pretty sure Dax J was in one of my dreams recently, cant remember if I got to perform on stage or not in this dream
I've seen Dax J as the biggest mogger in the techno scene who looks quite immune to aging
The music he makes just sounds so basic to me though, as if a lot of people could make stuff like that but it's his brand that makes people judge his music as better than some no name producer

I never really "understood" techno in terms of how people who were into it were so snobby about their perceived superiority of their music taste and preferred artists as if the music hasn't followed the exact same formula with little to no innovation for the past 30 years

It makes me cringe when I see foids posting tiktoks of their favourite techno artists thinking they're cooler than normies as if they aren't just following the exact same artists that are being hyped up all over tiktok and are performing gigs in their country

I've had a couple of great nights at techno music events and would happily attend another one under the right circumstances but I'd spend half of the time being unable to enjoy it due to thinking I should've done what it takes by now to be the one performing on stage

The repetitive nature of techno-music makes it possible to get into a trance-like state where you stop thinking and you become one with the beat. You stop over-thinking and flow along with the vibe the beat brings forward.
This also combines really well with the use of all sorts of hard-drugs, which goes hand-in-hand with techno.

It's really its own thing compared to other types of music that is largely tailored towards the radio.
The reason why singles are all ~3minutes long is because that's what was the norm for radio-songs. So when a band makes your typical ~3min song, it's tailored towards a radio-audience. A song that can only be 3 minutes long has to be made entirely different than techno, it can NEVER get you into a trance-like state because it take a while for a rhythm to get you there, more than 3mins. Therefore normal music and techno can't be compared.

DaxJ nigga is late 30s yet looks mid20s. quite insane indeed.

You are right about the snobby techno people. techno is very mainstream and will attract all sorts of people. Doesn't really take away from the genre from me as long as long I pick my events right where I know TikTokCels wont show up.

>but I'd spend half of the time being unable to enjoy it due to thinking I should've done what it takes by now to be the one performing on stage

I mean I have the same when I see these girls in BDSM clothing at the events and I think of my truecel-status and how I haven't had sex in years. It messes with my mental-state and can get me feeling like shit.
I fix it with drugs though, even though that may not be the healthiest way of coping, it does the trick for now.

Good point, I've noticed the benefits of the repetitive rythm while at the events but I suppose because I have a preference for dance music with catchy melodies I spend all of my music listening time playing that kind of music. I have tried using some Dax J songs to pump me up in the gym however.

While taking MDMA it just makes me feel more needy in terms of wanting a foid's affection and the foids I see just feel more out of reach than if I was drunk where I'd approach or sober where I wouldnt care about not approaching.

It depends on how the mdma dose hits me but sometimes I feel increased desire for a foid but just end up dancing and dont have the motivation to approach like I would on alcohol but occasionally I become a social low inhib God and can approach girls relatively easily altho the girls Ive slayed while on MDMA (usually from nightclubs) have never really been my type which dampens the enjoyment.

I would say attending a dance music event while on MDMA and slaying a girl from it that you're properly attracted to would be the peak experience. Being able to do it on a bi-weekly basis would be the ideal life

I listen to techno in the gym but it's not the most suitable music tbh. I like it because I can just start a set and don't have to care about constantly changing my music anymore for the rest of my gym-session.
Exercise-Sets in the gym take a minute or so, so it needs different time-span tailored music, ideally. But this is good enough for me.

Don't get me wrong, I don't only listen to techno-music.
Every person likes music. Everyone loves listening to his favourite music.
But listening to techno-music at raves/on drugs is a bigger thing than just -listening to music- to me.

It's a bigger thing, more like a hobby. 'Hello my hobby is listening to music'- this sounds retarded if it's just normal music.
But with techno+drugs+raving combined into it, i would actually consider it a proper hobby tbh.

MDMA is a mogger drug and I get the idea of wanting foid affection on it as it's part of the MDMA experience.

There's many other hard-drugs like ketamine/2-cb/mephedrone/lsd/ghb which can have similar horny vibes but also different ones.

take 2-cb for example, you will love it as a fellow autist, although it can also be really hard to enjoy. This thing will make you overthink, which can be terrible, but also be really cool at the same time. It takes a lot of mental effort to guide a psychedelic trip into something enjoyable into just making you think about life and how over it is sub-maher or something, jfl.

sometimes its good, sometimes its bad. but for me at least: its always interesting. its something new, its own thing.

Electronic music (mostly in Europe) was at it’s highest in the late 90’s and early 2000’s. Now its just gay ass bland electronic music that all sounds the same and the raves are just filled with whores trying to show their bodies and wanna zyzz faggots.

I listen to it without drugs
Not that, but others

This for example

No techno, but hardstyle, hardcore, big room, trance, progressive house etc
