Leanmaxxing in a 1k deficit for nearly a month atp and the low energy is fucking me.
Really gotta drag my ass to do anything unless I just had some carb

Its going to be far worse depending on your lifting regime, the positive is that you can go far longer without eating since sugar cravings are gone and body can easier oxidize fat

these people used to be all over, glad that trend died out mostly

the forums still have a few schizos arguing about why eating a carrot will give you vitamin A poisoning though

Yea. The issue is gymcelling

But im on sarms so muscle loss shouldnt be that big of a concern

i tried to go keto and i couldnt do it, the energy draining is too much but maybe that could have been mitigated if i drank blood so idk
