gap lasts like 2 months tops, they close it immediately with braces

60 days that’s it?
Yeah, basically. My gap peaked like 2 weeks into turning. My ortho put braces on immediately after we finished expanding and my gap was barely there a few weeks later and ~95% gone 2 months after beginning the whole process.

The only thing that takes a bit more time is that last 5% of full closure, since you are applying a constricting force at the level of the exposed teeth rather than at the roots, which are ultimately what you need to move to get full closure. What will happen is that your incisors will get torqued towards eachother a bit and make contact first at their edges (Like a "V") with slow closure of the diastema after that, which is the time consuming part. My diastema following the initial ~95% closure though was quite small (1-2mm max) so barely noticeable and nothing that you'd consider abnormal.

I haven't seen a lot of pics of men with massive changes with MSE (I'm talking about average maxillas to Chad maxillas).

I think implants will yield a better result if you have an average palate.

None of them have lost weight and the only person I seen with a modified MSE is Ronald Ead. The rest were Marpe.

Are you sure, does the cheekbones exceed or are parallel to the zygomatic arch ?
In that case i don't recommand mse, but in 90 % of men the cheekbones are less prominent of the arch, so mse doesn't change your es ratio
