It’s wrong, you can’t measure that with a tape.

You can make a slide caliper by combining the parts from two 600mm combination squares.

I don’t care. The image says to use a sliding caliper. Use it or your results have no validity in relation to their percentile table.

I propose it’s quite small as the tape will be taking in a lot of curvature of your back and neck. PROVE ME WRONG.
