If you're still a teen, this is my message to you - you're not going to "descend" as you age, you're only gonna lose your focus and motivation. So if you're ready to looksmaxx, better spend time on building some muscles and growing a beard. Everything other than that is a waste of time.

I tell you this as a 22 yo oldcel who was extremely motivated when I was 17-19 but now I can't force myself to exercise not even once a year. I've become a rotter and I don't know how to quit this curse now...
