its over bc im 16

Went to my ortho today to get an herbst appliance fitted, and they told me it would do almost nothing because im 16 and that rubber bands will work fine. So i either hardmaxx or live with an overbite

Tell them put it in either way, doesn't really make sense that rubber bands will work but not herbst appliance
