My midface ratio is 0.92 or 0.93 (depends on measurement) because my upper lip is basically nonexistent. If I got a lip flip (3mm), it would go up to 0.96.

Its referring to specifically nasal length in the midface i forgot to add, yeah if you have a long philtrum and y ou do a high lf1 cut it might still be game on yeah. Dw bro im tired asf too (and depressed, eppley suifuel at 11 pm is crazy)

This study is taking about upper lip reduction along with lefort, not really a usable case

LeFort I with impaction takes a slice out of the bone between the gums and nose, reducing a gummy smile, probably the only way of shortening your face. Only ideal if you have a tall lower third. Mine is 38%.

But yeah, besides that, a long midface from around the nose/cheeks area can’t be fixed. Very brutal.
