I was your height at 14 and now i'm 5'4 and turning 17 soon. Also slightly recessed but i'm rapidly fixing it..

You need to sleep at the same time every day like 10pm play sports and eat a lot, consume meat don't be vegan and don't try any weird diets. Just drink milk and always be in a calorie surplus of like 200 jfl. Stay chill, don't argue with your parents, Don't get into goofy useless fights. cortisol will fuck up your growth and your looks.

I didn't do any of these 3 years ago I still got hope since I'm a late bloomer but still do all of these and watch how u grow
