holy fuck, I am out of this shit for like 2-3 months and my skin improved a lot
didn't change anything in diet/skincare, only stopped using minox.

You got lucky. I used way too much minox while I was on it and unfortunately I haven't recovered naturally.

it's because minoxidil blocks androgen receptors in hair follicles and skin so no collagen or sebum production (thin and dry skin)

I find it funny when people say they use tretinoin to counteract the decrease in collagen from minoxidil.

If the cells aren't producing it, you can't make them produce more of it.

It's like having 0 employees and demanding they work overtime.

It just dried my skin out while I was on minox.

I have been on minoxidil for 7 years straight but I don't know if it really made my skin worse than it is (it's not horrible though)
