1 hour cardio daily + 1500 calories...best weight loss method did that for a month and a half lost like 25-30lbs

your body uses your body fat as a energy source, if your body only needs a little bit of extra energy then what your intaking then your body doesn't get stressed and lower your energy use(aka needed bodily functions) cuz it knows it can last a while on its reserves where as if your doing a larger deficit it lowers your energy use to maintain those reserves. your body cant tell how long your cutting aswell
aka stop being a lazy ass niggah and do actual proper cuts and bulks to be lean with decent mass like a good little gymcel instead of faggot maxxing becuase its faster

His cardio is excessive but you can 100% do an aggressive cut at 1200-1500 calories for 4-6weeks with cardio and maintain your muscle mass.

that only applies when the end product is as good, your gonna loose more muscle cutting over two weeks then if your took like the 6 weeks cutting properly

Well then they should do on a bulk to out on some actual muscle mass and then aggressively deficit for 4-6 weeks so that that they aren’t constantly trying to build muscle in a prolonged catabolic state. I also believe they should just cut to 6 pack shredded before going on a lean bulk regardless if they train or not so they can lean bulk for longer and not look bad.
