If you have type 2 or 3 acromial types, it is over for you. With these types, you are more likely to have shoulder issues and pain when doing shoulder movements. If you find yourself being prone to shoulder injury and pain when working out, it may be due to your shoulder bone type. It never even began for Type 3. Type 1 is the true chad of the shoulders and will likely never have shoulder pain from gymaxxing. Time to add another thing to your failos.
