Again, you can do both, but jfl at not injecting T. After you have bone age of 14 years then injecting T will work towards making you taller.

Get like a vial or two of T, calculate the dosages based on your weight or body area, make sure you have aromatase inhibitors (emestane, lestrozole) since that will also help you grow taller.

The best way to get tough masculine hands is to do lots of deadlifts with your bare hands (no gloves, no straps) and to get really strong at them, you'll develop calluses in your hands and your hands will toughen up and they will get thicker. You have lady hands because you don't do any manual labour, it's common in first world countries where people have the luxury to sit in front of a computer for a very long time.

And you don't need steroids to get muscular enough to look high T, you just need to train hard and get as strong as possible while eating enough, and you can gain 40 lbs of muscle in 3 years.
And a gym membership doesn't cost too much money, if you want to guarantee consistency and success, don't get a gym membership, get a good home gym that has everything you need (plates that allow you to go up to 500 lbs, a power rack that supports over 500 lbs and has many holes (that has a pullup bar, j cups and band pegs, a bench that supports over 600 lbs, and a bar that supports over 500 lbs and some light bands for accessory lifts), you can get all that for 1000$ if you buy cheap equipment (check out /r/homegym on reddit) or if you go the expensive route it would cost 5000$ (that's my home gym).

Then if your face still holds you back, get surgeries: a rhinoplasty will fix a bad nose, orbital implants will fix bad lower eyelids, jaw implants will give you a Chad jawline, double jaw surgery will fix a medical problem (recessed jawline or underbite).

Anyone can looksmax, if you don't have money, just get a job, and keep living with your parents for as long as you can while you looksmax and go to college at the same time. Then a couple years later, you can move into your own apartment with a looksmaxxed PSL that is way higher than your current one and enough money to live comfortably on your own.
