Yesterday J was talking to a loved one and they saw me stressed, depressed and angry because of my job and they told me “just leave the job if it makes this sad and hard to deal with, you are always angry and because of a fucking job??”

And then they hit me with the most painful sentence i’ve ever heard…

“Don’t become like the average adult.”

It’s true and I was in shambles when I heard it, I’ve become the average adult, stressed about my job, depressed, always angry about some bullshit.

Now i’m questioning my whole self and I don’t know what to do to bring some
joy and hope in my life.
