f you don’t have a high level of facial averageness, it’s basically over. It doesn’t really matter if you have features like high-set cheekbones or other striking traits. If your face isn’t average enough for people to feel comfortable approaching you, then being very striking actually works against you — and in that case, it feels like it’s pretty much over.
