Just get runners face and saggy skin theory…running descends the face faster then anything,I’d rather smoke cigarettes all day/eat sweets only then do running daily in terms of health

Keep jogging to 1-3x a week then and if you can, go to a nearby track field. Running on pavement can fuck with your knees overtime

running is good. I try to run 10 km down the highway every morning or evening/

I live in a rural wasteland so i have to watch out for bears, wild dogs, and feral rednecks/ethnics
