I dont think im passing.
I often fuck up at work
I was late 2 hours this morning and was awoken by my manager. He didnt sound that angry but he sounded frustrated and annoyed
He seemed fine when I got there but still.

If I dont pass Probation im fucked fucked
Middle of January. No restaurants would be hiring as it isnt busy and supermarkets get there new employees from the the christmas temps who did good.
Ignoring the fact i was late today was a good day at work and I did everything right.
It doesnt help that im a social outcast there and dont have any emotional connection with managers so they can easily fire me without feeling bad
I over heard a conversation about a week ago saying the restaurant. Im not doxing my job but the restaurant is doing bad when compared to restaurants of the same brand
They need to do everything possible to maximise profits (same for all places but especially since they arent meeting targets)

My only option is ubereats (on a pushbike as you need to be 21 for hire and reward insurance on a moped)
