Rhinoplasty is actually the EASIEST one to fuck up and turn you into a "bitch" or a "shrek". For example, if one has thick nose skin, then nose tip rhinoplasty is not possible easily, and will involve grafting, lowering of the bridge, etc. That can fuck one's nose up so bad...

Not arguing that it should go smoothly, but many surgeries have VERY REAL risks only SPECIALISTS know about... And we here are just a bunch of chad-wanna-bees who know shit...
