Men who're 30+ and twinks/ skinny aren't the norm. When was the last time you saw an actual man who was low body fat and ripped? Unless you go to your capital city, it's pretty uncommon.

Not really. Most under 20s are slim but pretty much all barring a few percent of men are skinny fat+ when aged 30 and up.
