It’s really hard to lose weight

Tbh I don’t have a scale so I rely purely on looking in the mirror but I don’t notice any change in my body and I’ve been eating very low on calories for a long time now

Most I will notice is loss of water fat in the face but nothing major in my body

Tbh my measurement is just to look down at my meat and try to fill up my stomach with air till I can’t see it anymore

I’ll know I lost weight once it’s impossible

It is all genetic, metabolism, hormones etc.

For instance I can eat as much as I want and I do not get fat.

Ig either I have anorexia or my metabolism is slow

Hard to really say I’m not losing since I don’t have a balance to see my weight

Treadmill early morning before breakfast : 1 hour + weight lifting

Skip lunch

1 hour treadmill at 5-6pm.

That’s all you need

get a scale bc itsd very hard to visable see your own weight loss,could be bad too bc you might be losing 3 pounds a week and not notice,the slower you lose weight the better anyways

niggas are retarded. just eat raw meat organs and raw milk and go in the sun and you will achieve your body natural weight. depending on your height average is like 70-80 kilograms
 
its only hard if you want muscles to stay imo

cuz i still need ideal protein and some carbs for power

if i didnt need any of that i would just starve myself and not eat all day

Problem with starving completely is I did try that but apparently when u starve ur body makes ur metabolism even slower so u don’t lose energy so u lose weight slower

That’s why waterfast is actually slower apperantly
