I actually have downgrowth from premolar extractions before puberty but there’s no point in complaining about it rn
I can’t go back in time and close my mouth

Even other stuff we could have maxxed out such as doing swimming from a younger age to max out frame. At least we have the knowledge to give to our future children to prevent them from having a childhood that isn’t perfect for their development
Most normies don’t know as much as we do, or even close. And they likely won’t understand the importance either.
