Literally every fucking surgery for fixing failos in your eyes just fucks you further. If you have protruding eyes you're automatically fucked unless you're willing to take a 1/5 botch risk and get orbital decomp. Botched surgery is ultimate ropefuel and you may as well give up atp as well.
I don't know if anyone has an answer to this but why does every surgery for eyes look terrible on men. Was looking through before&afters for lateral canthoplasty (I'm a fucking NCTcel) and holy shit it was all foids and guys that just got botched and became complete fagcels.
Only eye surgeries that men can do are fat grafting and orbital decomp if you're willing to take the risk and other than that if your eye area is shit its completely fucking over

Negative 4 degrees. May not even be super noticeable to some but its 100% gonna be a failo and esp because I have extremely long and dark eyelashes naturally (to the point of almost femininity) it becomes more noticeable.

i guess u gotta just take the risk and do cantho and hope it goes well. better to do it at a good surgeon for more money than a bad surgeon for less money tho.

There are good male cantho results, you just have to stress to them to be conservative and you only want it slightly positive
