It’s so hard to stay consistent in the gym

I haven’t made any real progress physique wise in the last 3.5 years since I started lifting and my max lifts haven’t really gone up since last spring other than a 10kg increase in my bench. I’ve been loosing consistency and probably going to humiliate myself Saturday in a comp.

I’m tired of this shit sarms didn’t do anything and qsc literally won’t respond when I try to order actual gear.

if only I got good muscle building genes

It’s all genetic anyways it’s time to rest

Yea I’ve been doing that shit and it doesn’t work. I’ve wasted 3 years of my life

Consistency comes when someone is genetically competent.

ppl chest/back shoulders in morning

Olympic weight lifting stuff afternoon where the program is made by my coach.

I haven’t even been going mornings recently and I’m thinking of stopping afternoon, not just because of the lack of progress but because the demographic of the gym is changing from less chill guys older than me to now a few girls that go to my school and would die before talking to me

So I’m pretty much alone in my corner working for no progress

I’ve been working hard on my diet this year so it’s actually pretty good, high protein, mostly natural healthy food. I try to limit processed goyslop to once or twice a week

Yea my coach does make it for strength hence why I do standard body building stuff in the mornings
