I cant fathom it.Writing would probably be a bigger leap in the civililisation timeflow than the industrial revolution.

It fits in the timeline between scribbling in caves and gutenberg, idk

I agree it's a more significant milestone than events caused by newton's genius in the big picture

Im thinking of it more in terms of a singularity. Like the advent of singularity would be minimised so much with the invention of writing rather than any other technological milestone, which allows mankind to organise itself and create new concepts at an unprecedented rate . But maybe this is too materialistic.
