I think if someone can balance a normal life on the outside as well as coming here and talking about specific things that interest them, then it's doable.

But if you are just rotting day in day out on this forum and are not looking to improve any aspect of your life (working out, going out with friends, improving skills to get a better job) then yes you are just mindlessly wasting your time jerking off.

I myself have begun a rigorous regime for myself in 2023. I don't need it but it's a way to push myself into doing more things.

- I've stopped masturbating
- I pray twice a day
- I wake up at 4am
- I am honing specific skills that if I get good, I will be making a fuckton of money
- With that money I will try to make peoples lives better in any way I can (not gonna be specific because that is bragging achievements and sinful)

You have the vast internet in front of you and most people do not understand just how much you can benefit your life with it. You get sucked into forums like this and just waste your time. Use the internet wisely.
