It's soo easy to break habit/stop gymming if you do fullbody workouts

This is for people who are just starting out. Full body workouts are done every other day or three times a week. It feels like when you take a day off right after a gym session, you start slipping back into your pre-gym habits of laziness and procrastination. It kind of sucks because full-body workouts are the most effective for beginners, but you can’t do them consecutively.

Stronglifts 5x5. Started from the empty bar to benching 3 plates.

Hitting legs 3 times a week has turned you into a sissy, do upper only 3x a week instead

How long did it take you to bench 3 plates? You're in the 0.05% of Indian men that can do that then.

I have been gymaxxing since 4 years and I usually don't load up the bar because I workout at an ungodly hour in the morning when the gym is mostly empty so there are no spotters for me but I was able to bench 315 lbs recently.

Also I don't consider 315 lbs to be too impressive for my weight. Most people who have been gymaxxing for over 2 years at my bodyweight can do it. It would be impressive at like a local gym full of casuals like planet fitness or something.

This is top 0.0.1% bench. He is almost benching 3x his bodyweight

why? I feel great doing it, it is easier to train legs, usualy I skip leg day :lul:

when I just need to do one or 2 exercises for legs it is way more confy and less draining
