It's time for me to change my avi? It's been 230 days

I have had Maldini on my avi for 230 days now. (Figured out the date from download date of maldini avi)

So its been almost 8 months, time to change or stay? I mean i would change if i found a good avi but nothing so far. It needs to give halo, make people click your threads and make them admire you..thats what a real org avi is
