I've gotten so great at it that I'm now almost as good as they are.
I'm really proud of myself. This skill took me many years to hone, and many more years before that to realize that I needed to avoid looking at women in public to begin with.
Now, whenever I go out, I measure my success by the number of women I make eye contact with-- the fewer, the better. Ideally, it will be ZERO (I'm not quite that good yet, but I'm working on it).
I feel a sense of relaxation and well-being now. I used to rage whenever I accidentally made a few milliseconds of eye contact with a foid, causing her to quickly turn her head away from me in appallment. It was a major dis and rejection of my looks, causing me to seethe for hours. What's even worse, I wasn't even hitting on those foids, so I gave them validation without even being attracted to them. No more of that shit. I rarely ever do this now, and even when I do, I look away from foids so fast that it hardly counts.
