In the past I just wanted to get whatever I needed done, done.
But that left me with gaps in understanding.
Now I dig deeper out of curiosity.
It's the first time I can say I notice / feel a difference in my brain and can attest to the idea that your brain doesn't fully develop for many years but I doubt much will change if you don't actively use your brain like many here.
