I've been blackpilled since the age of 11, and here's how I leanmaxxed at 13 years old without stunting my growth.

So, call it larp or not, your decision to believe it or not, but I've known about this looksmax shit since the age of 11. I've never had a lookism account or anything, but I knew about this stuff.

So I knew that leanmaxxing for prolonged periods of time stunted growth, so I found a way to lose weight quick. keyword: prolonged periods of time. Also note that I wasn't that overweight, like not that fat, but I was fat and bloated.

So I did this for ONE WEEK.

I would wake up,

have 1-2 cups of coffee to suppress appetite and debloat, also put coffee in a liter bottle and bring it to school, I would drink it during the day, also it gets cold and tastes like shit but Jay Cutler has a quote that I like a lot:
"I don't eat for taste, I eat for function"
-Jay Cutler Mr. Olympia Winner

then literally eat nothing during the day suppress appetite with coffee only. that's it. I would avoid every carb. I was literally eating nothing, I'd just eat what my mom made but in smaller amounts and also not eat the carbs inside it and only eat the meats. Sometimes I wasn't full, or even close to being full, but I did it anyway to ascend.

I did this for one week and got to normal weight, I remember after the 7th day I was extremely debloated and lean lol.

After doing this, you still continue avoiding every junk food, not even cheat meal junk food, just 0. Also stop eating bread too.

my method, I dropped 53lbs over summer by drinking 2 or 3 white monsters a day along w 3L of water and small dinner every 3-6 days

You don't need to starve Maxx when you're in your puberty, it's more than normal that boys gain weight in the first years of puberty... You'll lose it naturally after your hormones set

is there even anything to show bone wise at 13 if you debloat or do you just look like a anorexic

"Lean maxxing", lol, just eat less calories (200-400) than mainentance for 8 to 12 weeks and enjoy, all this no carb, coffe, no nothing shit only works on either gigantic obese people or bodybuilding athletes, an 13 year old fucking kid should NOT be eating no carbs

Carbs are bad. They cause inflammation and stunt growth
