So, call it larp or not, your decision to believe it or not, but I've known about this looksmax shit since the age of 11. I've never had a lookism account or anything, but I knew about this stuff.
So I knew that leanmaxxing for prolonged periods of time stunted growth, so I found a way to lose weight quick. keyword: prolonged periods of time. Also note that I wasn't that overweight, like not that fat, but I was fat and bloated.
So I did this for ONE WEEK.
I would wake up,
have 1-2 cups of coffee to suppress appetite and debloat, also put coffee in a liter bottle and bring it to school, I would drink it during the day, also it gets cold and tastes like shit but Jay Cutler has a quote that I like a lot:
"I don't eat for taste, I eat for function"

then literally eat nothing during the day suppress appetite with coffee only. that's it. I would avoid every carb. I was literally eating nothing, I'd just eat what my mom made but in smaller amounts and also not eat the carbs inside it and only eat the meats. Sometimes I wasn't full, or even close to being full, but I did it anyway to ascend.
I did this for one week and got to normal weight, I remember after the 7th day I was extremely debloated and lean lol.
After doing this, you still continue avoiding every junk food, not even cheat meal junk food, just 0. Also stop eating bread too.
