So first pic is in February of 2025 before i did any bonesmashing. Second pic is august after bonesmashing every now and then with my blue snowball mic very effective but I think was causing me acne so I wouldn’t do it often. And third pic is today after bonesmashing daily with my fists for 2 months straight after the gym. Can you see a noticeable difference or should I quit the cope and just get my bimax in a couple of years and stop hitting myself potentially causing asymmetries.
Keep in mind my hyoid is a lot lower as I’ve been bulking and developed an addiction to alcohol to talk to women
